I found a few videos that explain the scoring rules for wrestling so you know when to cheer for our wrestlers. There are two brief videos that explain the basics of scoring and I have attached the links for both immediately below. There is also a series of Wrestling 101 videos that are more in depth and led by the Head Wrestling Coach for Oklahoma State, John Smith. I also included a brief summary of scoring for wrestling.
